High in the cloud-kissed volcanoes of Alajuela, tiny micro-farms grow coffee so sweet and golden it basically counts as liquid honey. Meanwhile, one very important dachshund has decided these beans are his personal treasure. He doesn’t give a hoot about badgers (he is the badger), but he will bark at the bag for twenty straight minutes, attempt to burrow inside, and then curl into a perfect honey-glazed cinnamon roll on top of it — because if it smells this good, it clearly belongs under his belly.
This is the coffee that survives that level of possessive drama.
A radiant medium roast of Caturra and Catuaí beans from 1300–1445 m volcanic loam, eco-pulped with minimal water and sun-dried on patios like the spoiled little divas they are.
Tasting notes from the self-appointed honey badger:
- Crisp, juicy Honeycrisp apple
- Sun-sweetened golden raisins
- Wildflower honey drizzle that makes tails wag involuntarily
- Bright, clean finish sweeter than a doxie’s “I wasn’t on the counter” face
Medium Roast │ 100 % Alajuela Micro-Farms, Costa Rica │ Eco-pulped & sun-dried │ Zero bitterness, maximum possessive barking
One sip and you’ll understand why Costa Rican coffee and Costa Rican-tempered dachshunds both believe the world was created solely for their enjoyment.
Pura Vida, pure drama, pure delicious.
