A vibrant med-light roast of indigenous Ethiopian heirloom cultivars, grown by smallholder farmers at 1700–1900 m on rich red Nitisols, hand-picked at peak ripeness, full-natural processed, and dried slowly on raised African beds until every bean is practically fermenting with joy.
